This email acts as your invoice and confirms the items, quantities, and delivery or pickup preferences. Approval of the associated terms and conditions is required before processing.

 

2. Shipping Notifications

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order number, tracking number, and shipping details. Use the tracking number to follow your shipment via the carrier’s website.

Revised Shipping Times:
If item availability changes after order confirmation, we will notify you of updated shipping and delivery timelines.

 

3. Pickup Notifications

Ready for Pickup Email:
When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a notification with warehouse location and pickup instructions.

Pickup Reminder:
To avoid cancellation, please pick up your items by the date provided. If your order remains uncollected, a reminder will be sent.

 

4. Shipping Policies

Free Shipping:
Free standard shipping is available for commercial addresses within the continental United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses.

Carrier Services:
We primarily ship through UPS. Expedited services (Overnight, 2-Day, etc.) are available at an extra charge, depending on your location and item availability.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Continental US (48 States): UPS/USPS Ground (1–5 business days)
  • Alaska & Hawaii: USPS Priority Mail (3–7 business days)
  • Puerto Rico: USPS Priority Mail (3–7 business days)
  • Canada: USPS Ground (3–7 business days)
  • APO/FPO Addresses: USPS Priority Mail (2–4 weeks)
  • International: UPS/USPS/GSP (3–7 business days)

International Orders:
Shipping charges exclude taxes and duties. These must be paid by the customer upon delivery. For more information, please contact your local customs office or carrier.

 

5. Delivery Conditions

Multiple Shipments:
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately at no additional shipping charge.

Custom Orders:
Customized or made-to-order parts may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout.

Delays:
Delivery times may vary due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled unless the customer agrees to return shipping and restocking fees.
